Mountain Biking in West Wales
The holiday cottages are ideally located for exploring West Wales on a mountain bike. West Wales includes the counties of Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, and Pembrokshire.

Examples of routes include the cycle trail around Llys Y Fran reservoir which is seven and a half miles of off road riding with beautiful views of the Preseli Hills. There is also a great route from Cardigan to Llangrannog – a total of 13.4 miles.
Further afield there is the Nant-yr-Arian forestry centre, 10 miles from the town of Aberystwyth. Here there are 3 spectacular mountain bike trails which offfer stunning high-level wilderness riding.
