Directions to Gorslwyd
Gorslwyd Farm is conveniently situated at the junction of the main North - South Wales coastal road, the A487 (This road runs from Aberystwyth to Cardigan) and the B4333 which leads from Carmarthen to Aberporth.
The track leading down to Gorslwyd Farm is about 500 metres long. Please follow the farm track past the first farmhouse on the right and onto a concrete twin track. Follow these tracks all the way to the very end of the lane, and call at the Gorslwyd Farmhouse.
From the North and Midlands:
Take your best route to Aberystwyth and follow signs for Cardigan on the A487.
Tan-y-Groes is 31 miles south of Aberystwyth.
Just after passing the Texaco service station on your right as you leave Tan-y-Groes, turn left onto the B4333 to Newcastle Emlyn and immediately (within 5 metres) right onto an unmade farm track. Our white sign board is clearly shown on this junction.
From the South & East
Follow the M4 and A48 to Carmarthen.
Take the A40 sign posted Llandeilo and Aberteifi / Cardigan for a few miles and then the A484 sign posted Cardigan.
After about 6 miles in Cynwel Elfed you may stay on the A484 or bear left onto the B4333 both leading to Newcastle Emlyn. Once in Newcastle Emlyn turn right onto the high street. Keep going past the Somerfield (on the left) and over the stone bridge, where you should turn left at the mini roundabout up the hill. Turn left after 20 yards and follow signs for the B4333 and Aberporth for 6 miles.
The entrance to Gorslwyd farm is 10 metres on the left before the junction with A487.
