Booking Conditions
Occupants per Cottage
Rates are for up to 6 occupants in Bramble, Briar and Celandine, 5 occupants in Campion & Columbine and 4 occupants in Cornflower, Clover and Cowslip. All cottages except Cowslip have space to accommodate a baby in a cot for no extra charge.
Bedding, Gas & Electricity
The cost of accommodation covers cottage hire, bed linen, all gas for cooking and the first 100 units of electricity when booking a full week (should be plenty but extra charges sometimes apply during winter months).
Confirmation & Deposits
Telephone bookings will be held for up to 72 hours pending completion of the booking form and receipt of a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 25% of the cost of the holiday (Please make cheques payable to Gorslwyd Farm). If you wish to pay by internet banking, please contact us for bank details.
Formal acknowledgement of your booking will be confirmed in writing. The balance will be due no later than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the start date of your holiday must be paid in full with your booking form. You are liable for the full cost of the accommodation unless we receive written notice of cancellation at least 6 weeks before the first reservation date. You may wish to consider suitable holiday insurance.
Arrival & Departure
You are welcome to arrive anytime after 4pm on your first day, however, please let us know if you are arriving after 6.30pm as we may need to make alternative key arrangements. Your cottage should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and preparation before our next guests arrive.
Specific requests
The use of all facilities and equipment at Gorslwyd is at the user’s own risk. We may occasionally need to withdraw a facility. If something is of particular importance to you, please advise us when booking so we can let you know. If you wish to rent a particular cottage, please specify which one on the booking form under specific requirements.
Towels
Towels can be hired if required. Please contact us for details.
Pets
We will accept up to 2 dogs in Celandine cottage by prior arrangement and there is an additional supplement of £15.
